Orders placed during the hours of 8am-4pm EST, Monday - Friday, will be processed that day. Shipments will be
sent utilizing UPS. Most Honda Accessories ship same day. While we cannot stock all 265,000 Honda parts, we do keep a $500,000 in common parts on site and another $40,000,000 in our local Honda warehouse. If a part is not in stock we must order it
from American Honda. This can take 1-5 days for your part to arrive before it is shipped to you. Thus when you choose
next day delivery that does not mean that you will recieve your order tomorrow. All orders must be shipped, we do not allow orders to be picked up.
Order Status Info
Pending: Your order has been successfully submitted and is awaiting processing.
Processing: Your order has been reviewed by our personnel. We are checking to make sure the parts are on hand, any parts not in stock will be ordered. You will be notified if parts are on backorder. You are not billed until the order is shipped.
Shipped: The order has been shipped, you can get the UPS tracking number by clicking here.
Customers outside of the U.S.A. may be responsible for brokerage fees that apply to your shipment. As the customer you are responsible for payment of these fees.
The amount of tax and shipping added to your order depends on where you have asked for the product to be shipped. Currently we only collect sales tax if you requested your product to be shipped in Rhode Island.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an items correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in resellable condition, within 30 days of the purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL parts returned. Electrical parts are non-returnable. No returns for parts under $10.00 per item. Please do not write on the original Honda box if the part number is on the package and it must have the Red and White Honda Label (with the part number on it) still on the package. All parts that have a core that need to be returned for core credit MUST be returned to the address provided on the box and your invoice. (Saccucci Honda, 1350 West Main Rd, Middletown, RI 02842). DO NOT use the return label in the box to ship it back because it will not come to RI and you will not get core credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the core back to RI to get core credit. Make sure the core is in the orginal Honda box with the Honda part number on it. Please do not cover Honda part number.
If you ordered the incorrect part and need to return it to get the correct part the process is:
- Place a new order on the website for the correct part that you do need.
- Return the incorrect item back to us with a note in the box explaining the reason for the return and make sure to provide the new order number so that the 20% restocking fee will be waived.
- If no new order number is provided the restocking fee will apply to the return item once it gets back to us.
- A credit will be issued back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
- You have 30 days from the invoice date to make any exchanges.
Incorrect Part Received

Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note
of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all
packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other
shipping damage. If there is damage, call us immediately at
1-401-847-4737 before accepting delivery. Save all packaging and do
not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file
a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be
Honda parts distributed by American Honda and purchased from, but not installed
by, an authorized Honda automobile dealer are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
have a limited lifetime warranty. This Warranty Does Not Cover: Parts distributed or sold outside the
U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parts installed in vehicles for racing or competition.
Any part for which applicable proof of purchase date, installation date, and vehicle mileage at time
of installation is not presented. Any parts that are considered normal maintenance items, which are
replaced, cleaned or adjusted as normal owner maintenance unless they are defective in material or
factory workmanship. Parts replaced under the New Car Limited Warranty. Deterioration of any part
due to normal use and exposure. Parts installed in a car in which the odometer has been altered, or on
which the actual mileage cannot be determined.
To Obtain Warranty Service
The defective part, or the car it is installed in, must be returned by the purchaser to an authorized Honda automobile dealer during normal service hours. You must provide a receipt that shows proof of purchase as well as the installation, date and mileage at time of installation, if the installation was done by an authorized Honda automobile dealer. If the car is not driveable because of a defect covered by this warranty, call the nearest authorized Honda automobile dealer for towing assistance. You will not have to pay for towing if the defect is covered by this warranty.
If you cannot get warranty service, or you are dissatisfied with the service or a warranty decision, speak with one of the dealerships managers. Generally, problems can be solved most effectively this way. If you need further assistance, ask your dealer for the number of the Honda Customer Relations office that serves your area.
Honda Motor Co., Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any genuine Honda part that is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Parts except for batteries and mufflers, that were sold and installed by an authorized Honda dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or labor; parts, except for batteries, purchased from but not installed by an authorized Honda dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for the parts, but labor charges will be your responsibility.
